ITC Staff Forum
by Anthea Kemp, about 4 years agoThe Integrated Team Care Staff Forum is a key network that offers professional development activities for the ITC Workforce.
It facilitates formal education and training, cross-organisational exchanges, peer support, as well as informal mentoring or coaching opportunities across sites. It can lead to study groups and site visits, sharing of ideas and can lead to site exchanges.
It facilitates communication across the activity and to the CSAPHN, where boarder issues can be discussed such as patient transfers from one region to another or systemic issues can be highlighted, whether it be particular regions or across Country South Australia.
This forum has been created to enable discussion of ideas or highlighting of issues that could be included in the ITC Staff Forums.
