Small Grants funding

The Local Health Clusters have received some funding from the Country SA PHN to support a local health promotion activity. We are looking for community ideas to help support health and wellness, and welcome your input to this forum.Some of the areas you might like to consider include aged care, mental health and wellbeing. We love love to hear from you.
