• Promote (health jobs Career) opportunity into schools etc.
• Expose/training (short term) to regional areas
• Bring clinical education/training to regional areas
• Good clinical structure
• Better financial incentive for service – outreach work
• Flexibility in workforce
• Lack of competitors due to (NDIS) – more staff needed in metro
