Hi all,
As the next session is about knowing your communities, our team are gathering resources in the document library that may be of use and provide a platform for building local (micro) level pictures. The majority of documents relating to needs and community profiles can be found on https://countrysaphn.com.au/ but we are happy to draw them together for you here.
There are of course many other sources that inform the evidence including academic papers; we are happy to add recommended papers to the library, particularly if they have influenced your considerations around know your communities or planning services and activities.
